- Reservation Deadline: Attendees must book their rooms by February 4, 2026 to receive the group rate of $159.00. Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and may not qualify for the discounted rate.
- Cancellation Policy: Any individual cancellations after March 1, 2026 will incur a fee equal to one night’s room and tax.
